hotlink means you're taking the link of the photo or file and reposting it instead of reuploading it yourself.

what you do is save them to your own computer and reupload it to photobucket, tinypic, imageshack or any other free image hosting site. it's especially important not to hotlink photobucket images that someone else uploaded because photobucket has a monthly bandwidth.
